The staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating and gave some great recommendations. In the quadruple room we had gates as well as central heating, flat screen cable TV, and an iron. The bed was very comfy and pillows too...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pension Eichel. the hotel was tidy and in a great location. the staff were superbly friendly. the property was close to all attractions like Europa Park and the market, making it convenient for guests.

The hotel was a welcome base for enjoying a pretty quiet area. the breakfast was large with fruit and fresh bread, so much to pick from. - the stay was really comfortable.

The room was super clean and had a modern vibe, plus it had all the essentials like a shower, hairdryer, and fluffy towels 🚿. the location was convenient, just a short 10-15 minute stroll away from Allmendsee lake.

The beds were in dire need of renovation as they were uncomfortable and I could feel the iron base poking through. despite requesting cleaning, our room was not attended to.

Having two bathrooms with showers was a time-saver, especially when we were in a rush to get ready for a night out. The triple room with cable TV kept us entertained during our downtime. The apartment had an electric kettle, making it convenient for making hot drinks after a long day of singing and gambling.

Personally, I found the tile/marble floor in the quadruple room a bit cold underfoot.

Felt great, no reason to complain.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is very close to the park entrance and to everything in the area, including Europa Park and yummy eateries. there is a LIDL market nearby, which came in handy during a sudden heavy rain. the room was clean and simple, and the breakfast served in the morning was a nice touch. the staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay more enjoyable.

The beds could use some renovation, as they were not very comfortable and had a thin mattress which made the iron base noticeable.
